All products remain the property of BB Impex until paid in full.
Due to the nature of our business many of the items are produced in limited quantities. These may not be repeatable. However please feel free to call us for the not stock items. We shall make every effort to make this available to you.
All orders received by 2 pm are shipped by next business day. If the item required special treatment or any alterations the shipping time may vary.
We ship thru FedEx and Priority Post. We charge actual freight charges as charged by the courier. GST 6% is charged extra.
The products may be returned within 7 days of shipping for refund. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied. The products may be exchanged upon a manufacturing defect or error in ordering / shipping within 30 days. A written RMA is required from BB Impex.
The actual gold and diamond weights are mentioned on the Tags. They may vary slightly from the listed specifications as shown on the Web Site because of production constraints. We urge you to call if you find any improper weights.

The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitmate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and or written guarantee provided by the supplier of these diamonds and finished jewellery.
In view of the recent volatility in diamond prices, the item prices mentioned on the website are indicative. The prices are for in-stock items only. The prices may also slightly vary for actual item supplied because of different gold weight, diamond weight or diamond quality stocked. The custom designs or specially ordered items may be different in price therefore ask the order desk before placing the order.
